The staff's attitude left much to be desired. However, the standout feature was the beautiful rooftop pool and bar, offering stunning sunset views. the European brasserie-style restaurant, Caulfield's Bar & Dining Room, impressed us with its diverse menu celebrating various flavors. The sleek and stylish rooms, along with the superb rooftop lounge, blended upscale comfort with classic SoCal vibes. the location was ideal, just a short walk from Rodeo Drive and the best restaurants in Beverly Hills. Overall, while we enjoyed some amenities and the location, the inconsistent room experience and Negative interactions with staff left us hesitant to return.
